ELCA4I wants to intensify the collaboration of clusters across borders and support the establishment of European strategic cluster associations to lead international cooperation in fields of strategic interest for lighting companies towards third countries beyond Europe.

This project promotes the internationalization of clusters where the ELCA4i consortium develops and implements a joint internationalization strategy, identifying common objectives towards specific third markets beyond Europe and adopting a roadmap for implementation that facilitates the internationalization of its member SMEs.
